Over the summer it has been great to meet with a large number of residents through open meetings arranged by the parish council. It was a pleasure to meet with some of the parish councillors and residents of Kirtling in July. Kirtling has joined the Five Parishes Walk (Cheveley, Woodditton, Ashley, Stetchworth & Dullingham) which encourages local people to walk their own footpaths. A walk is organised each month (usually on Sunday at 10:30am) and led by the person from the village where the walk starts. It is usually about 3 miles in length and all ages (with well behaved dogs)… Read more »
