The Village Hall is available throughout the year for either residents of Kirtling & Upend and non-residents
The 2023 Hire Charges are:
(Effective from 1st March 2023)
RESIDENTS NON-RESIDENTS
Half Day (max 4hrs) £30.00 £65.00
Evening (6pm to 11:30pm) £30.00 £75.00
All Day (am and pm to 5pm) £75.00 £130.00
NB Extra hours ,if available, will be charged at £10.00 per hour.
A projector and public address system are available to hire at an additional cost.
Facilities include:
*Main hall-comfortable seating for up to 125 and licensed for a maximum of 175
*Well equipped kitchen, service hatch and bar area(hirers responsible for own tea towels)
*Committee Room-ideal for smaller meetings of 6-10 persons
*French doors at the rear open out onto patio and large grassed leisure area.
*Free WiFi
