Meet & Greet your Parish Councillors

Kirtling & Upend Parish Council are keen to engage with you and understand how you feel about the parish today. In addition, to learn your thoughts on how to spend the CIL revenues in the best interests of our parish
The Parish Councillors will be holding a ‘Meet & Greet’ session on September 25th from 6pm until 7pm at the Village Hall to listen, understand and discuss your views. Alternatively, if you cannot make it you can email myviews@kirtlingandupend.org before October 2nd 2023
To date as an example, we are considering extending our road safety zones, developing outside play areas and improving footpaths and village accessibility. However, we are interested in capturing your views and preferences
In addition, we are considering constructing a ‘Neighbourhood Plan’ that will be a public registered document guiding and advising on the type of village our community aspires to be from a planning and development perspective. If you would like to participate in the team drafting this plan, please let us know as we will be grateful for your help
Furthermore, we warmly welcome new members to join the Parish Council to ensure we fully represent our parishioners (we meet at 7pm on the last Monday of each month in the Village Hall).
