Dear Resident,
We are looking for two or three people to join our flourishing book club which has been meeting for nearly seven years now. Two of our members have recently moved away and one is busy travelling on business so we would like some new members – both men and women.
We are mostly Kirtling people but if you live in a nearby village you would be also be welcome. We meet on the second Monday of the month and each member takes it in turn to choose a book, host the meeting in their home and provide refreshments. There would be a maximum of nine of us at a meeting, but occasionally fewer as people sometimes have other commitments.
