Hi Parish,
At the Parish Council meeting held on the 28th January 2019, the Parish Council mistakenly commented that the works had started in advance for the Lower Farm planning application (19/00003/FUL and 19/00004/LBC) in Upend . It transpires the work that is currently ongoing is not related at all to the application. The Parish Council have apologised to the Fairhaven Estate and have also requested that the Parish Council comment submitted to ECDC is amended . The minutes will be corrected and ratified at the next Parish Council meeting.
