We are a newly set up service, supporting older people in the East Cambridgeshire, Fenland and Huntingdonshire area.
I have attached a copy of our leaflet for you have a read through to see how this service works and the support we give, I have also attached a copy out our referral form, just in case you come across people in the future you feel we will be able to support.
