Please come to a Village Hall Special General Meeting which will be held at the Village Hall on Thursday, 19 April at 7.30 p.m.
The agenda will be as follows.
1. Welcome by the Chairman
2. Apologies for absence
3. Approval of the minutes of the last AGM
4. Approval of annual accounts
5. Annual Report
6. Financial Report
7. Notification of the 3 appointed trustees
8. Election of 4 trustees
9. To consider any resolutions and/or recommendations which have been forwarded in writing to the Chairman prior to the meeting. These may be placed in the postbox at the village hall.
A short meeting of the new committee will follow.
